Mình rất hài lòng khi ở khách sạn Artis. Khách sạn được thiết kế rất đẹp, phòng ốc được chăm sóc tỉ mỉ, sạch sẽ. Vị trí lại gần trung tâm. Hi vọng khách sạn sẽ giữ được phong độ như hiện tại. Chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại nữa 👍

The central location is super convenient, the hotel smells terrible. The rooms are clean and beautiful, the equipment is new and especially the staff is super cute and enthusiastic. I said I could carry my own stuff but insisted on carrying it for me. So I decided to go to Dalat in the future only at artis.

The hotel is true to Artis style, the interior is impeccable, each floor will be decorated with a different concept, extremely beautiful and luxurious. The hotel is wonderful, always fragrant and very nice, decorated with fresh and new flowers. Receptionist and bellman are very friendly and enthusiastic. I will book again next time I come to Da Lat

The room is as beautiful as in the photo. The bed is very soft, but the pillow is a bit low for me, so my neck is a bit tired. The minus point is that when bathing, you need to turn on the switch to wait for hot water, if one person takes a long bath, the other person has to wait. In addition, the TV does not have a cable connection, so it can only watch internet programs. If you want to watch TV series, you can't watch it, bored.

Yes, Artis Hotel apologizes for the inconvenience you experienced, As for the water heater, because it is an indirect water heater for safe use, there will be a reserve of water in the machine when the machine runs out, it will burn another amount of water for about 5 minutes. So the amount of water stored in the machine can serve 2-3 guests. About TV channels, even though there is no cable, guests can still watch on the "MY TV" app available on the TV.
