Clean rooms, professional service, hospitable

The room is clean and tidy and the service is gentle and attentive, the location is also near the center. I went for 3 days and 2 nights, I researched very urgently so I only had time to book a place to stay, I didn't have time to research other entertainment areas or good restaurants, but when I checked in, they provided information such as train, entertainment areas, good restaurants, etc., so the trip was quite convenient. If I have the chance, I will stop by here again.

The receptionist is very friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are affordable but the room view is very nice, there is a balcony around, quiet and you can sleep without being disturbed. The room is very clean. Next year when I come back to Ha Long, I will definitely choose a room at the hotel again 💯💯

I wish I had chosen to stay in Elysinam at the beginning of the trip, it would have been great, but it was a pity that the last day I switched to :v The hotel is near the beach, near Sunw, the night market, about 1-3km from hot cafes. Room for two people is spacious, clean, fully equipped for your trip. The staff are very helpful when needed. Everyone should try to experience it!

Khách sạn rất xinh, trong quần thể của Plaza trông chill chill lại gần biển. Cô chủ siêu thân thiện hỗ trợ cho thuê xe, đặt tour đi Vịnh. 10 điểm, sẽ quay lại đây nếu về Hạ Long👍
