I want to complain, the room photos on Traveloka do not match the real ones, the room photos on Traveloka are very nice, while the real hotel room is not nice, the price is expensive for a room like that, when I was still sleeping suddenly a male housekeeper came into my room, I was very shocked, the AC in the room was also dusty which made me cough, I am very disappointed to have stayed at this hotel, I do not recommend this hotel to others.

It's a pleasant hotel for a short stay as I came midnight and should run to the airport again in the morning. The location is great as it is near the airport. Unfortunately, they didn't provide the amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. The shampoo tube is also broken. They provide two towels, but one of them is dirty. I couldn't turn on the TV as they didn't provide a remote. The meal is good. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for quite a long time, 6 days 5 nights, first it turned out that the room had no windows at all even though the information on Traveloka said there was a balcony. It turned out that I got a room that had no light coming in. Then the AC, TV and WiFi also couldn't work. Finally moved to a Duluxe room by adding 150 thousand per day in the hope that the TV and WiFi would work. So on the second day I moved to a room with a balcony, but it turned out that the TV also couldn't work. But it was better because the AC was cold and there was a balcony. But after complaining, the cost was finally reduced to 100 thousand per day.. but it's still a bit strange if the hotel has a TV and WiFi that can't work. Oh yeah, the elevator was also down from the moment I entered until I went home so it was quite a bit going up to the 3rd floor and back.

The room was dirty and moldy. The bed sheets were stained as if they had not been washed. We changed hotels and did not sleep there. Management must pay more attention to cleanliness.

The hotel's location is very strategic, very close to the airport, halal food and lots of breakfast. What makes this hotel cool is the Top Level Management (Mrs. Lusi) who is very communicative and helpful... I don't regret staying here.

was totally different from what that I expected 😦. dirty.tv not working.food taste not good.everting was an acceptable.but staff was friendly.waste...i book for 3 day wth breakfast but I had one time breakfast only...the rest I just skip cz of the food quality was bad
