The hotel is comfortable and clean. The staff is also friendly.

The room was clean, but the Wi-Fi didn't work. The cellular network was also terrible in the room. Hopefully, it will improve in the future. 😊

Close to the airport, approximately 3 minutes to the hotel and access to everywhere is close.

Staying here, I expected smoking to be the same as before. It turns out there's been a change in management, and there are no smoking rooms... They're pretty responsive and respond very well to any issues.

The hotel staff is quite friendly. The receptionist isn't on-site, so it's best to contact the hotel before checking in. Room service for breakfast is excellent, and the hotel is strategically located near the airport, restaurants, and convenience stores.

The place is only 5 minutes from the airport... The breakfast menu is quite varied... The service is friendly... The WA response to the receptionist is quite okay...

Best hotel near Kuta Beach and airport

No soap provided & AC is not cold enough, otherwise very good. Clean, tidy, spacious room, drinking water & kettle provided, hot water in the toilet is quite good, some furniture looks old, very strategic location (many mini markets, shops, food stalls)

Good for transit hotel, near airport, easy to get restaurant, have lift.
