Rooms are okay, but service is big no! The rooms are quite okay if you just sleep, business trips. The environment is also okay. Beautiful, looking for easy food, the canteen is pretty good and the price is affordable, there are lots of laundry, Alfaindo is also available. The mall is also close. Too bad the service is not very good. Complaints are not handled properly, even without a solution. Stayed 6 nights, from the first check-in, the TV info didn't work, it didn't even turn on at all, just followed up the next day. What if you only stay 1 night? Even after the technician checked the next day, the TV still wouldn't turn on. Until check out no one cares, even at follow up, there is no solution. Ask to find another similar unit but the TV is okay and can't. So, no option, other than the guest being left on purpose, without any compensation for accepting the perfunctory situation. Because I'm lazy to complain and move, I finally accepted this management dissatisfaction, anyways I don't really like watching TV. This TV is broken, how about the AC? Who cares? But the feeling of not being responded to is something that I really notice. Unfortunately, not managed properly. So if you stay overnight, but something is broken. Yes, accept it. Can't expect to be served well. Here the hospitality only sells goods, not services.
