This was my second time stay at Pramana Zahill with my family, and we chose the deluxe glamping. We really enjoyed our time during our stay. Very cozy, serene and clean. Very friendly staffs. They prepared a surprise for my birthday, even though we didn’t mention about it. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I hope we can stay here again someday.

Glamping wasn’t the best decision at this place,i prefer to stay in the hotel room for next visit instead, but it was good experience, the staff were friendly and helpfull, we enjoyed the night at bonfire, they even have hot swiming pool which you can enjoy full day, relaxing ambiance and cold temperature at this place so you should have warm clothes to stay outside,

Ok, nice place, nice view, if you want to go to Kintamani, stay here, strategic location, the coolness is great.

It's very close if you want to see the sunrise in Kintamani. The hot tub is top-notch... The food at the restaurant is also delicious.

I came with my husband and daughter and we loved it so much. I love the bench that they put by the room window, so we can enjoy the beautiful view from the room. They have hot water pool, so kids can enjoy swimming in the cold weather of kintamani. Food was so so, very limited bfast option but was still acceptable. Didn't like the bathroom as they don't put a proper glass divider in the shower, so the water was all over the bathroom.

The room is clean, spacious, the hot water is on.. The food should be more varied.. It's nice, cold, the air is so fresh.

The staff is very friendly, the location is also not difficult to reach, the view is also good, unfortunately the room is not very soundproof, so if someone is playing in the pool/singing in the garden it can be heard in the room, there is no elevator in the hotel, so maybe if you bring parents you can ask for the 1st floor. Overall, it is highly recommended to stay here

When touring around Bali, we were a group, the owner and staff were super friendly and very welcoming, there was a hot water pool in front of the room, the natural atmosphere of the misty mountains, very beautiful, cool.

The hotel staff is friendly, very helpful to us, the service is very good, highly recommended to stay at this hotel, all facilities are free, you can ask for additional free water too, the atmosphere at night is cold but there is a fire pit provided as a heater.. thank you

Comfortable for family, not too many flies, cool air, there is a small cockroach on the tea table. Apparently there is a non-halal breakfast menu

- Breakfast menu choices are too few for a 4* hotel - Food tastes too salty - Lots of flies in the restaurant area - No bathroom in the pool area - No one guarding the pool area - Hot and cold showers, hot and cold and hot and cold......... So confused about wanting to take a hot shower but getting cold, wanting to take a cold shower but getting cold + Fast check-in process + Helpful staff + Clean room, yesterday's toilet still smelled a bit of urine + Family friendly hotel + Very nice hotel view + Hot swimming pool

New experience place at Bali.

The service is good, the room is also okay, it's just a shame that for a hotel with that price, the breakfast variety is very lacking and the taste is just ordinary. Hopefully it can be improved in the future. Thanks.
