The staff greeted me with a smile and gave me complete advice. When I opened the door to the room, it was cool and fragrant, but there were cockroaches in the room.

Breakfast is too little. Elderly people can't eat it at all. There is one side dish: stir-fried vegetables with butter or cheese and beans. I would like to add more variety to the side dish menu. Everything else is overall very good. Good reception service, good rooms, good swimming pool, good location, only the food is too little.

แย่ พนักงานไม่มีการแจ้งตอน check-in ว่าจะมีการตัดไฟในวันถัดไป แอร์มีปัญหา ไม่ทำงานตอนตี2 แจ้งพนักงานก็ไม่มีขึ้นมาดูให้กว่าจะใช้ได้ก็เกือบตี 4 ตอน8โมงเช้า ไฟดับ แอร์ใช้ไม่ได้ ไดร์เป่าผมใช้ไม่ได้ พื้นห้องที่ไม่มีแอร์ก็ชื้น ทำให้เด็กเดินลื่นล้ม มาพักผ่อนแต่เหมือนมาเป็นผู้ประสบภัย แย่ๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ

สระว่ายน้ำใหม่ สวย สะอาด ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมากใกล้หาด ที่จอดรถเพียงพอ อาหารเช้าหลากหลายดี

จองห้องวิวสวน แต่ทางน้องพนักงานเขาเปลี่ยนให้วิวสระน้ำ บริการดีมาก แนะนำครับที่นี่เลย อาหารเช้าก็ดีมากๆ

โรงแรมสวยมาก อยู่ติดหน้าหาดนพรัตน์ อยู่ใกล้ถนนหน้าหาด ใกล้แหล่งของกิน ที่นอนกับหมอนนุ่มมาก แต่เตียงไม่ใหญ่

The staff were actually not welcoming as well as some of them rude. The WiFi connection broke down two times during my stay. The overall hotel cleanness is average as well as the breakfast.

Arrived, the water heater was broken and not flowing. The bed looked like it hadn't been changed, there was black dust all over it, the edge of the bed was frayed and itchy and had a rash. The lights were broken, the refrigerator smelled very bad of alcohol. There were 3 flies in the room. I felt very bad because I booked and paid the hotel at a price that was not good. got it right Then came across a situation like this: Front staff rarely called, having to call 2-3 times. The female staff in the evening are not as knowledgeable in giving information about breakfast as they should. I'm not sure what I'm asking. I'm not sure. I don't know.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Great!

ทุกอย่างดี แต่อยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องอาหารเช้า ไม่ค่อยอร่อย และจำเจ เราพัก 3 คืน เมนูเหมือนเดิม เกือบ 100 % ทุกวัน อยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องน้ำผลไม้ในอาหารเช้าด้วย เพราะรสชาติแย่ๆมากๆ

สระว่ายน้ำมีหลายสระ มีแยกให้เด็กเล่น อาหารเช้าน้อยไปหน่อย พนักงานบริการดีมากๆคะ
