The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in.

all the staff are very friendly. good for solo traveller, the room just perfect for one or two person. lots of arts and painting on the corridor, I loved it! the bathroom and towels are very clean. no buffet for breakfast, but I could order one night before for breakfast. I ordered Bubur Ayam, scrambled eggs, and chicken sausages. unfortunately the Bubur Ayam is like rice with hot water. 😢 it should be more soft like porridge. for dinner I ordered Chicken Teriyaki, big meal but too salty.

Clean and can view the mountains like in Menoreh Van Java. It is a must to stay here. We can also check in early without additional costs.

Improved service, control the AC in each room, so that there is no air leak from the AC.

The access is very easy, it is in front of the road, the toilet is clean and comfortable. Maybe it needs attention to clean the floor because it is a bit dusty. Maybe also differentiate between smoking room and non-smoking room. Because for people who are sensitive to the smell, there is still a little in the room. But overall it is good.

Great staff. Room smelled strongly of mold. Not very quiet at night. Breakfast was OK, bad coffee, not much choice.

There was a little chili sauce stain (a little bit is also easy to clean) on the blanket, an additional charge was requested, even though the chili sauce had been there since the first day, and I stayed for 5 nights, which means the blanket was not replaced. In fact, I was accused of having cigarette marks even though my friend and I do not smoke and did not invite people into the room.
