The room was clean, but every time someone went up the stairs, the footsteps were very audible, the ambiance was comfortable, the bottled water should be complementary, not charged extra.

Good, but maybe they need to change knob at the door cause it’s a bit uneasy to close or open the door.

Every time there is a night activity, it is always in the dormitory, besides being comfortable, it is also clean, the AC is really cold, making you feel at home in the room

The staff is stellar 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!! helped to check out because I was outside (with the note that I had already tidied up all my stuff into my bag). got a room as requested in corridor f and it was clean. minus the door is a bit tight somehow. will come back here again if I go to Malang

The hotel is very comfortable, every time I'm in Malang I always stay here, the room makes me feel at home, the bathroom is also clean, the hot water is stable, smart TV. Awesome

Friendly staff, free refill of mineral water (Aqua brand), I forgot which one in the paid room is 10/15 thousand. For the room, the AC is cold, the finishing is not neat, Wi-Fi does not reach the room, not soundproof (sound inside/outside can be heard). There is no smoking room, if you want to smoke you have to go out of the room. Not suitable for those who want to staycation/me time here, because the sound can enter the room (it makes it noisy), except for hanging out at the cafe. So far so good.

Near souvenir shops, near affordable food places, friendly hotel staff, comfortable atmosphere, mountain view, river view, favorite menu spicy wing rice, teriyaki chicken rice. Next time I'll stay here again. Overall nice.

This hostel exceeded my expectations when I first booked. At first I thought the quality would be so-so, but it wasn't. With a very affordable price, this hostel provides a pretty good accommodation experience. The staff are friendly & helpful, the open area is quite spacious so it doesn't feel cramped & stuffy, the rooms are clean & the bathroom water flows fast, the food is delicious to our taste, plus the f&b price is also super affordable. Thanks a lot for this great experience, My Dormy Hostel UMM. Keep up the good work!

The room is dirty and leaking. The bathroom is mossy and not very clean. Please improve the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.
