Arrived and was told we didn’t book a twin room (we did and was charged an additional fee at the hotel for a second person). This could have been avoided if they replied to the messages I sent 2 months prior asking for 2 single beds in the room. Then the WiFi went down for the rest of my stay meaning all keycards in the hotel stopped working. This meant every time I needed to access my room I had to be escorted upstairs by a staff member to open it for me. The water fountain was in the hallway of the room meaning if I left to get water in the night, the door would close and I had to go down to reception to get let back into my room. The staff really tried but the overall experience was poor. Definitely not returning!

hotel was nice, bar staff was very friendly, wifi went down on the second day which affected all of the room keys which was a bit inconvenient for all which is the main reason i scored the hotel as okay,. pretty easy links to central milan which took around 20mins, local supermarket literally next door which is useful

Very pleasant lady at check in desk (Francesca??). Very helpful and willing to offer suggestions. Pleasant lady in kitchen (during the weekdays not the one during Saturday 29 March, 2025). She was not very pleasant and was dismissive). Clean rooms, spacious, good breakfast variety as well.

Dining options and walkable distance

There was rotting trim in the bathroom, the shower was poorly maintained or installed. Room service wasn't performed when it was promised and when the staff was informed they were rude. The room keys constantly (at least once a day) demagnetized even though we were careful to keep them away from other magnetic items.

I had a wonderful stay for three night and breakfast was excellent.

The hotel's decor was something that really bothered me!! Maybe it's a point that won't make any difference to many, but I won't go back and I don't recommend it. The night attendant wasn't very helpful. We were charged 10 euros for parking (which isn't explicitly stated in the hotel's description). In short, it wasn't a good choice.

The only criticism I have about this property is the distance away from where all the action is. But we did find we got all our steps in 😊 easy 12 minute walk to the metro as long as the weather is not bad.

Excellent hotel but need a car

Room was pretty modern and clean, but they didn’t tell us that you need to insert room card in slot on wall for electric in room to work, pretty important for tourists. Staff friendly. Was very convenient once we knew how to use the bus and metro. Everything within walking distance. There’s a mini mart next door and a superstore a few blocks away. A couple of restaurant options within walking but they are mediocre. The restaurant in hotel was pretty good and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall very good experience for the price.

The hotel was lovely, well kept, very clean.Staff were friendly and room was very comfortable and had everything I need. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel was close to where I was working,so it was convenient for me, but for tourists it is not central.

The host not friendlly. They offer one water bottle per room, tea and coffee only in the first day. Under refrigerator and bed it was dirty.
