Souma Hotel, Vignette Collection by IHG, is a great choice for a stay. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel is clean and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. One of the highlights is the rooftop bar, perfect for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the views. The breakfast is delicious with many choices, offering something for everyone. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a wonderful place to stay when visiting the area.

Friendly staff , was upgraded I had a view of the ocean and city from my room. On the day of my girlfriend’s birthday she received complimentary pastries, it was unexpected and awesome. I would stay here again if I were to revisit Lima

Hotellet var helt magiskt. Det var otroligt rent överallt – rummet, badrummet och de gemensamma ytorna var skinande och extremt välskötta. Man kände sig direkt bekväm och trygg. Personalen var supervänlig, professionell och hjälpsam, alltid med ett leende och redo att hjälpa till med minsta lilla. Servicen höll verkligen hög nivå. Atmosfären på hotellet var lugn och harmonisk, perfekt för avkoppling. Allt kändes genomtänkt och fräscht, och standarden överträffade förväntningarna. Jag skulle utan tvekan bo här igen och rekommenderar hotellet varmt till alla som vill ha ett riktigt rent, tryggt och härligt boende

Our room with a spectacular view was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed, and was kept very clean and tidy. Hotel breakfast was fantastic. Hotel staff were always polite and helpful. Some staff were also particularly warm, friendly and informative - I was very impressed with Jhon, who led a fun and interactive "pisco experience" for a diverse group, and provided excellent and courteous service to all who came through the lobby cafe/bar.

The room was beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful !

I stayed on the 16th floor, and from 6:00 AM onwards, there was a lot of noise, like they were moving furniture or starting to clean. The hotel wasn't flexible at all, even though I was with my two young children. They were flexible if I paid for an extra hour, though. After three days of being there, I expected a little flexibility. I've stayed in other 5-star hotels, and I've never experienced this stress of having to rush out of a hotel after paying for an extra hour.

Clean room, friendly staff (to include front desk and concierge rep (Alameo)) were all extremely warm and helpful. Hotel area was safe and secure. Would stay again!

Very nice hotel, great location.

Nice modern hotel, excellent breakfast, annoying that almost all tables and chairs were reserved by the pool and nobody coming. We were there for two hours and had to sit at the bar.

Top notch, clean and modern, with a great location. Rooftop bar and pool is a local hotspot.

Comfortable room and hotel. Bar on the roof gets busy but fun place to relax.
