It's a well designed and quality built complex on Nyali Beach. The beach is very clean as is the sea water with several water activities available through the front office. The service from the staff is exceptional throughout this large complex. It's a gated community with good security. Transportation is reasonable and accessible. The office personnel is available to meet any needs.

I had such an amazing experience! The service was truly outstanding—especially from our waiter, Clinton Gisebe. He was incredibly friendly, fast, and delivered excellent service with a constant smile. You could really feel the positive energy! I also absolutely loved the pork chops and pizza—so fresh and delicious. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Went here for Christmas with family. The Location is great, great beach front view. Pool area is also great. However the service was terrible. Took almost 2 hours to get food and 3 hours for drinks. Only for the waiters to tell us to go serve, buffet style and carry our own food 200 meters away. The lamb chops were undercooked...with blood oozing off it. They served us on paper plates like it was a toddler birthday party. Food was blown away cuz those paper plates couldn't hold. I wonder how such a beach front hotel would use paper plates and cups yet there's a beach we need to protect, I know nema doesn't approve. The head of client relations, Mohamed...tried to calm that fire from guests including us. He was attentive and took our complaints nicely. He refunded us two plates of food that had been blown away. Hopefully he raises these issues with management and they're looked into.

I had an amazing room right next to the beach—serene, rustic, and close enough to hear the waves from my room. The room was relatively clean, the service good, and the price better than most hotels in the area. None of the nearby hotels offer this kind of beach proximity. There’s also an on-site restaurant with decent food options. The only downside is that many non-guests come in during the evening, so it can get quite crowded.

My experience was more with management They made me feel..like am the only one there.. Guest relations manager kudos 👏 💐 he checked on us regularly.. food, jetskis, boat 🚢 rides.. camel 🐫 rides.. and all.. room services on point 👉.. Guest relations manager thank you Amazing 👏 😯 😮 yeah WowBeautiful
