The hotel had a beautiful location along side the Zambezi River. We were looking forward to a relaxing 3 night stay coming off a 9 night safari. Unfortunately during our stay, the pool area was taken over by several large families with loads of children. If you are looking for a hotel with a peaceful setting, the Palm River Hotel may not be for you

The room was spotless the staff was exceptionally top notch esp Viola,overally l was very impressed for someone based in the US working in the hospitality industry and seeing the standards comparable to the US standards.Me and my wife we really enjoyed l would love to come back again we had a great time at the Palm river.

The pool was fabulous! We missed the elephants, but the hippos in the evening ---- amazing!

If you want a nice hotel on the Zambezi River this is the place to stay. It is not in town and about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on where you are going. But very relaxing on the river.

Liked food and service although turn down didn’t turn up on our second night . Beautiful grounds and view of river Rooms a bit basic cold bathroom heating didn’t work. No magnifying mirror in bathroom . Shower very good but would also like a separate hand shower so as not to get hair wet especially for women .

Terrible customer service. Had an emergency out of my control. Contacted hotel to try to reschedule. They flatly declined and would not oblige. Buyer beware. There are way too many great options in the area with better customer service.

Excellent hotel and staff. Large grounds with lot of greenery and Zambezi river as back drop. River cruise right off back of hotel.

Beautiful property Right on Zambezi river. You will want to stay forever. Staff is attentive and the ground's are magnificent!

Spectacular property with dedicated service

The room was far above expectations. Spacious rooms, large balcony and huge luxurious bathroom. Bar area was right by the river with incredible views. Outdoor dining in beautiful grounds. Lovely.

Best experience I’ve had in Victoria Falls and worth the price. The rooms are top class, meals excellent. The views on the Hotel are perfect.

Location on Zambezi river is stunning. Sunset cruise leaves from hotel jetty. Some animals in hotel grounds. Staff very polite and helpful. Courtesy bus to town. All in all beautiful.

Beautiful place with friendly and efficient staff.

It really is a unique and beautiful hotel. The staff are all extremely helpful and the ambience is lovely. We were also blessed to have seen an elephant literally almost next to us whilst having a drink in the grounds.

This is a beautiful property. The staff was great. The rooms beautiful. Breakfast and Dining faciliites were very good. We enjoyed High Tea, served as it should be. I would definitely stay here again.
