Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before.

The staff were lovely, however the room wasn't ready on arrival, there were not enough, plates, cutlery, bowls etc for us in the room. The bathroom was rusty and unclean and I would have expected more for £138 plus extra for our dog. We were only staying for one night but wouldn't stay for longer.

It's mazing place to stay with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen with all needed equipment and nice welcome pack. Everything was very clean. Amazing outdoor space. The only downside is no place to walk the dogs.

Wouldn’t waste your money dirty, filthy noisy the family next to us couldn’t wait to get home to make a formal complaint. Advertise shop, but all you can get was tampons or chutney no general essentials. If we were there for longer than one night we would’ve left and found somewhere else to go. We found stuff left from the previous people that we left on the table. Waste of our money. Very poorly advertised misleading it was an utter disappointment for our two children.

The hotel had spacious rooms and a good restaurant. Did not use the pool but it was a confortable place to stay.

Property was clean and cosy and area around property was well kept. Only criticism would be seeing all the graffiti in the children’s golf area which was directly outside the property window

Would return to the North Devon resort. Very friendly and welcoming staff amd nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was clean and tidy and provided for small comforts such as teabags, coffee and milk. Very nice stay amd wish i would have stayed longer to enjoy the complex more.

Interior great! Exterior shabby. Access by exterior stairs in very poor condition. There was no dishwasher. There was only 2 of everything. 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 cups etc. Even the double bed was 2 singles pushed together. Bathroom excellent with plenty of piping hot water. We had a sea view. The beach is not within easy walking distance.
