Sucks

It was a good stay! A geat unit with a nice view and rooftop lounge. A few minutes walk to awesome restaurants, coffee shops and a little park. Also close to the crafts festival which I believe occurs on Saturdays. I would stay here again.

Everything was near as perfect

The property is new and in the upscale neighborhood of Escalante. The unit a cozy studio with everything you need and a million dollar view. Lovely terrace, common space and gym on the roof. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the property very much! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were some issues with my first room, and they immediately switched me to another room without hesitation. There were plenty of places to walk to, including a grocery store. However the sidewalks weren't in the best condition and there were major inclines. Overall, I would stay there again!

I am very disappointed with my stay. I specifically chose this hotel because of the gym and Jacuzzi, but both were unusable. On our first night, we were stuck for two hours because the parking gate would not open — quite frustrating for such a short 2-night stay in San José. During this incident, the contact number provided was unreachable on WhatsApp, and we only received a call once the parking finally opened. The next morning, I woke up before 5 a.m. to follow my training routine — strength training followed by some relaxation in the Jacuzzi with a view. Unfortunately, the weights in the gym were locked, and I was told they are only for residents of the apartment building, not hotel guests. This is misleading and frustrating, as the gym was one of the main reasons I booked here. I then wanted to use the Jacuzzi, but it was filthy. The staff decided to empty the water, which meant that in the end, I could not use it at all before leaving for the airport. In the end, I couldn’t do my workout, nor enjoy the Jacuzzi, which were supposed to be the highlights of the hotel. Between the parking problems, the unreachable contact, the unusable gym, and the dirty Jacuzzi, this was a very disappointing stay.

We had no complaints during our stay. The room was spacious and all amenities(cookware, plates, salt, towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, fridge and freezer, clothes iron, hangers, & others) were available for use. Aircondition was great and strong enough for the entire space. TV was smart which inluded entertainment apps but TV could be updated. Everything was clean and modern. Although daily housekeeping was not available(which was stated prior to booking), everything we needed was attended right away by messaging them through whatsapp. 24/7 front desk was really helpful. Although it was not right outside the frontdoor, a lot of restaurants and shops were walkable. Uber/rideshare was always accessible even odd times such as 5am. We waited around 1-4 minutes for rideshares. All in all, I recommend this place for what it has to offer and for its price. I would definitely stay here again.

Would like to see a wash towel offer in the shower and a box of kleenex in the bathroom. Didn't find any instructions for the operation of the TV, that would be helpful Otherwise is a 10 of 10 Great location

Terrible hotel, noisy, dirty, far away from everything and uncomfortable bed. AWFUL EXPERIENCE OVERALL. Would not return if they paid me.

This is a great space and a great property.

This property was really clean and within walking distance to the city and restaurants nearby. Whenever we needed toilet paper/new towels, they were provided promptly.

The place is lovely but the area is terrible and not pleasing to the eye at all.

Don’t recommend room wasn’t clean upon arrival had to wait for it to be cleaned it’s in a rural area in a city called Guadalupe near San Jose 30 mins away from airport building was nice room details were nice just could have served better qualities

BEE Suites is located in a generally nice area of San Jose with lots of dining and bar options within walking distance. The area right around the Suites is somewhat of an eye sore. The room is nice and just like photos on Expedia and Google. They don’t perform daily cleaning of the rooms so you will have to request new towels, toilet paper, etc. You can easily get in touch with BEE Suites via WhatsApp, and they will initiate communication with you periodically. The rooftop jacuzzi was awesome and also has a relax area close by along with gym equipment.
