We booked a suite and when we got there we were downgraded to two queen beds and no discounted room

Staff was nice in particular those at breakfast, keeping things stocked and clean. Breakfast, there were limited options to choose, but it was good enough. Room was ok, bed was comfortable and 3 pillows were provided, the shower was not properly clean and don’t expect shower cap or little bottle of lotion. The access to the community center gym and pull was a plus, we took advantage of it.

Very modern, clean and cheerful hotel. Will stay there again.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was poor. Room wasn’t entered by cleaning staff, but no cleaning was done. Not great value for the cost.

The bathroom could have been bigger with more vanity space. There is a lot of wasted space outside the washroom….it could have been extended.

Everything we considered excellent except for the breakfast which definitely left a lot to be desired.

Everything was perfect So welcoming spotless clean and gave me a water view room for the price of a non water view Very appreciated surprise

The walls are paper thin. We were there for a hockey tournament and would not recommend otherwise. We were on the third floor and could hear everything including our neighbours using the bathroom. I could hear them plugging their phone charger block into the wall. Our friends stayed on the first floor and they said they heard the lobby all night. The bathrooms don’t even have a fan to help drown out the noise… Beautiful facility, great food and location otherwise but we all had headaches and were exhausted the next day from lack of sleep.

Paula at the Front Desk was amazing. She was so helpful, friendly and informative. There was a hockey tournament in town (we were not participating), and she was patient and kind with everyone

Fabulous hotel, super clean very quiet rooms were spacious everything was really clean which i love. Food was great and service was excellent. Highly recommend
