Nice big room with balcony on level 7, friendly staff, walkable to plaza moiya

Amazing

Awesome hotel, would stay again 100 percent. Staff was friendly, the spa was wonderful, the bar was good. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but plenty of places in walking distance. View was also great. Kind of a commercial district, but still close to sightseeing and old town.

Very nice front desk staff and nice room with a shower and bathroom better than some of the 5star hotels I’ve stayed in. But the staff at dinner when we ate at the hotel restaurant ignored us and were extremely slow. I understand that dinner service moves at a slow pace in Spain and that’s normal but waiting an hour to get food and never getting our beverages is not ok. It was a slow night and they simply forgot about us.

Good location to visit the Guggenheim Museum. Large and beautifully designed room which is quiet and comfortable with everything we need.

Great hotel in central Bilbao

Basically a nice hotel, well placed for the museum quarter and the tram, with very pleasant staff but not without a few niggles.... Paid for superior room with balcony. No worthwhile view - so didn't use the balcony. Shower and sink taps were very temperamental, trying to get the right temperature took ages and a lot of patience plus the risk of being scalded or frozen in the process! For the price paid, disappointed they only offered an initial bottle of water (after we asked for it) - not one each day. 4 nights stay - they did not change the bed linen; but then we didn't ask.... Rooftop, postage stamp sized, pool was allegedly under maintenance - so unusable. But unlike the balcony, there were better views from the roof. Breakfasts were good. Bed comfortable Chrome-cast TV worked - BBC World TV channel didn't. Enjoyed our stay!

Catalonia hotel was great, customer service superb, a bit strong odor in room.

Superb hotel, lovely staff, so helpful, service was excellent, the room was superb with a lovely balcony, comfortable bed and great shower.
