Had to leave after 5 minutes of arriving. Service was HORRIBLE. Poor communication. Total waste of money. Plastic bags over smoke detectors, safety hazard!!

No towels, no dishes, no pots or pans, no silverware, microwave doesn't work (doesn't heat), ac was great, pin code doesn't work, but employees had to get hard key to let me in my reserved room.

Too slow to respond to AC issue on a very hot day. Took 2 + hours to move me to a different unit. Unit had no waste bins and no hooks to hang towels.

It was brief. The microwave was dirty, I cleaned it. Roaches came out throughout the stay, babies and big ones. If I’d had another $20 I probably would’ve stayed, but I slept in, so I had to check-out at 11. Which is also ridiculous that I have to wait for my deposit 5-7 days, hopefully it comes tonight.

They literally have roaches. We saw 2 and that was enough for me to never return. Homeless people weren’t a huge deal. Some sketchy people staying at the motel but everyone kept to themselves . Originally We were going to extend our stay but instead went and found a clean hotel up the freeway .

Check in was good. One TV wasn’t working, they asked if they can go change it later if we were there or not. I told them that I didn’t want anybody going in the room and they didn’t need to change it. The floors were so dirty, my granddaughters feet turned black after walking around for a few minutes. One of the bathrooms had black mold on the wall and smelled musty, especially after a shower. The other bathroom tub had a big indent, which my daughter almost slipped on while showering. Thankfully we only had to stay one night. We were rudely awaken at 8:30am when someone started pushing buttons on the keypad to open the door. I yelled out to tell them not to come in. After three attempts they opened the door thankfully the secondary lock was in place and didn’t break. The front door was not able to close completely. We’re no strangers to cheaper hotels, but this one was by far the worst experience ever. The pictures and reviews were very deceiving. A lot of hotels were full, so we took a chance. Oh the room also smelled like smoke even though they have a no tolerance to smoking inside or out. Could smell weed as soon as you step out of the car.

Place wasn’t the best. Super unsafe, security was smoking while on shift, our apartment we stayed in smelled terrible, blood on carpet, roaches and load neighbors next door.

The staff is not good and very nosey. They will take your money knowing you are checking out in 20 minutes and then come into your room to do a search inspection and kick you out a

First game us the wrong room, got to room & it was someone's room already & glad no one was in there because I know they would have been very mad that we walked in. Then get our new room, walked in & smelt so bad inside. No remotes for any of 2 tv's. No toilet paper. Room was not up to stand. No fire extinguisher in hallway, was empty. Overall was worst place to book. We checked right out the next morning.

The front desk seemed disinterested in helping and more interested in charging fees. Taking a picture of you with their own cell phone for “verification” seems strange. Upon check-out - which was about an hour later, I told them I had to check out as the room was dirty and the bed made me itch and the manager (I think) said - “you don’t look like your skin is irritated”. I wasn’t aware dermatologists moonlighted as hotel staff. I was very irritated and just said “take it up with Expedia (although I always use Hotels.com and got the idea they weren’t the least bit interested in checking to see if I had a valid excuse.

The pictures are very deceiving. Many things were broken upon arrival. And it is far from renovated. I felt like the area and safety protocols were not that safe. However, the bed and sheets were clean and I didn’t see any bugs.

worst experience i’ve ever had at a hotel really which sucks to say ion didn’t look as disgusting as it actually was, stains on the bed, the ac was broken called 3 times and the “maintenance “ guy showed up at 12 in the morning, it smelled so bad like cigarettes, and had mold showing in the bathroom with people who had asthma a car that was lit on fire one good thing is the office lady and the maintenance guy were nice but other than that the experience itself was horrible i do not recommend this place to anyone

If you want the experience of Section 8 living, this is your place! We found the Metro Phoenix all-inclusive living apartments/hotel, because it was close to my daughter's graduation at Grand Canyon University. Upon arrival, at about 11:00 AM, we expected to be able to check in early. But the front desk was unable to accommodate us. They did, however, give us a door code and informed us that early check-in would cost $50. Otherwise, the door code would not be active until 4:00 in the afternoon. About an hour later, we returned and said we would pay the $50 fee. We were then told the room was still being cleaned and wouldn't be ready for another hour. So I asked if the additional two hours would still cost $50, and they said yes. As you can see from the photos, the inside of the apartment/room is aged, marginally cleaned, and something I would never stay at again. The pool was a beautiful shade of green. The choice of sunshades from the other residents proved to be quite eclectic. The surround for the dishwasher, although the dishwasher was new, was mostly absent—almost as impressive as the burned pot stains on the floor and the replaced tile, which was not even close in size or color. One of the cabinets had a sparse selection of plates. And they were kind enough to remove the smoked glass for easier access. A few of the outlets did not have the required covers. The windows in the main bedroom were almost smoked over for privacy's sake. The other window in the

I like the pre check-in aspect of the stay, however, the room we were assigned to had issues with the door lock. The code we were given did not open the door and we had to have maintenance or security come let us in at arrival (10:30 pm) and any other time we left and returned over our 2 day stay. The room had multiple dead cockroaches on the floors and in the pull out couch bed that my son slept on (after we changed the bedding). The space was a good size and the room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
