Clean rooms. Check in was poor. When we arrived, no one at reception and staff at bar ingored us. Rooms weren't sound proof, we could hear music from the bar. The live music went on until late, 11pm.

Very spacious and warm room. Very clean. Nice bathroom with bath and shower. Could do with more lounge furniture and more cutlery. The dishwasher was great.

Excellent hotel right in the centre of Lisburn. Late check in wasn’t an issue, very friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms, changed daily if required. Breakfast was quality, cooked to order. Good vibe in the bar in the evenings, would definitely recommend.

Everything was excellent 👌 great customer service. I arrived early and they allowed me to check-in earlier than usual. Really appreciate it.. nothing to complain about the hotel 👍👍

The attidtude of the bar staff was appauling. Service with a smile was definitely non exsistent- personality of a gold fish comes to mind. We sat at a free table with no reserved sign before one of the female staff came over and told us we only had 10 minutes before we had to move. Another member of staff came over and lifted our drinks from the table, he told my partner i give them to him but I in fact give him empty glasses and he took the rest when i was talking to my friend. The rooms are meant to be sound proof - this is not the case. I could hear music from downstairs and people talking outside our room to the early hours. Horrible horrible ignorant people- we will never be back!

The breakfast had a great variety of different foods to choose from. Staff were always glad to help.

Check in was very quick and easy and the gentleman was very pleasant. Our room was very nicely decorated and was spotless. We would stay here again.
