The staff was wonderful with answers to our many questions. The dining was also very good. Our room was clean, comfortable and had many amenities that high-end hotels offer. It is our pleasure to give Haslem Hotel 10s in every category.

Comfortable

Warm welcome from the onsite team. The hotel and bedroom were very clean and had everything required for a great stay. I'll certain have this hotel as first choice for future visits.

Great property, we stayed here instead of Belfast City Centre. Well connected though with public transport. Hotel was lovely, had dinner in the restaurant one night which was priced reasonably and great service. Shout out to William who checked us in and was super lovely.

No parking, on the site it says parking. VERY MISLEADING

This property was comfortable, clean, with tasty food, located in the heart of Lisburn, within walking distance of historic landmarks, the visitors’ center and the excellent Linen Museum.

The hotel was beautiful. Very clean and a lovely atmosphere to be in. But … I booked a child and adult and we were given room 126. Our bed was directly above where the live band stood until 12.30am. The music was fab and if I’d been away with my partner or friends we’d have been in the bar loving it but I was with my daughter who had a gymnastics comp the following day. We could sing every word. Just feedback to consider who you put in that room.

We had a x1 night stay here. We had a fantastic stay! William at reception was absolutely amazing – Very accomadating and professional, from giving us handy car park tips and tricks to quickly sorting out the aircon in our room, nothing was too much trouble. He also recommended coming down to enjoy the local music, which really added to our trip. The bed was super comfortable, and the TV in the room was massive! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops, which made everything so convenient. Overall, it was exactly the stay we were hoping for.

Would have to say I would stay here again no complaints only one which was we had to ask to see a dessert menu at dinner no one came to see if we wanted anything after we finished eating our main course and when we asked for the bill we paid it and got up and left not noticing the soft drinks were not added on the total and were added to our daughters room and when she was checking out was asked to pay for them we know they should have to be paid but why were they not added to the dinner bill we had them at the dinner table what if she did not have the money on her that would have been embarrassing and it was not our fault we thought we had the bill paid but other than that food was lovely and so was the Haslem Hotel just that we hiccup at check out for our Daughter

Great hotel, stop here everytime I am on business in Northern Ireland. Staff are brilliant and great location with secure parking.

Clean and quiet place

Second stay at the hotel. All good. Location convenient. Staff helpful. Rooms good.

A fabulous restaurant. The food for our dinner service was outstanding. The live music act was also a super way to spend a friday. Overall a great place to stay. Tje shower was also hot, spotless, and the finish of our room was top notch.

The room was big and spacious. It was clean. The surrounding area was good too... Enjoyed my stay there
