A little run down but not terrible.

Wish there was breakfast because it said there was. Very sad. Pool was dirty as well with some green algae

This hotel room is so old. The bath tub held water at the bottom. It was not safe. I don't think they ever clean. I didn't see one house keeper. The stair case at the end has no handles. It’s a terrible hotel.

I saw some other reviews and was worried but the hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The caulk in the bathrooms was brand new and so were the bathroom countertops. My one issue was the bathtub didn’t have a plug so no tub bath; and the water wasn’t as hot as I like. Breakfast was good but limited in selection. Overall pleasantly surprised and satisfied.

I liked how close we were to NRG stadium. Limited breakfast. Everything was good except hallways and our room was hot. Ac took all night to cool the room down.

My hotel room didn't have a Microwave, and the AC made such a loud noise that was so disturbing at night, the breakfast was so sad with only 3 options. The elevators would freeze and sound like they would break in seconds.

It was raining when we got there and there was water dripping from the ceiling everywhere. Buckets were collecting water all around the hotel, the elevators were rattling and getting stuck in the middle of floors. When we stepped off of the elevator finally there was a literal waterfall happening at the seam of it. Our room smelled horribly of mildew and mold.

Hotel has a terrible odor. There was free parking when I originally booked then was told their policy has changed to $30 for parking. I felt like they should’ve honored the free parking as that’s what it was when I booked. Walking distance to NRG, which is definitely a plus.

There was a 100 dollar depot on the room. Plus your room rate. I was not told about this unit i got there. I was there on the 8th of July and I have not received my deposit back yet 😕. It is July 26th now. I will not go back there.

Great location, rooms were hot/warm. Needs a huge make over.

Love the convenience of being next to NRG Stadium but the hotel needs an upgrade.

If there’s a concert happening at NRG you will be charged extra a day ($30) on top of the room deposit($100 total). Restroom was filthy. Called for service they never arrived. Broken elevator. Had to buy personal products to clean the tub. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Wouldn’t stay again.

This property is only good for convenience, breakfast is just store bought muffins and box cereal. Rooms are dirty with a sketchy connecting door, has an odd odor too.

I had to pay a parking fee, which was not disclosed at the time of reservation. If you are a guest, and are paying, you should not have to pay for parking.

This hotel was terrible. The only reason to stay is how close it is to NRG stadium. The elevator doesn't work, the pool was closed, no body wash. The worst part was the customer service at front desk. Not welcoming at all. Also, no cash accepted.
