We stayed with hotel Concorde for several nights. The location is very convenient from the train station eurostar brussels. The hotel is clean and well updated. The issue i have is bad communication from the management, my spouse was taken to the emergency room and we missed one night stay and asked the manager to help us showing them proof of emergency, sent email, sent expedia messages and even left notes with the hotel staff but he would not even respond to us with any remedy. This ruined my whole perspective about the service this place provides on top of everything else we went through.

Reserved a “junior suite” at this hotel which was rated “4 stars”. The room was cramped, carpets were dirty, the bathroom had a single lightbulb which was like getting ready by candlelight, the property is in a run down area on a dirty street and there was loud noise from construction in the building next door from 830-6. We were tired and wanted to rest but we stayed out walking to avoid going back to the room. Its outlandish that we were charged over $400 CDN for this

Place was small to compare to USA hotels, but super clean and lovely. 12 min. Walk from main square and only 2min. from train and bus station!!! That is huge plus when u have luggage in your hands. Will stay again in same hotel.. breakfast and dinner also can get in hotel. Place was perfect.

It was convenient for the station, and we were only staying one night. The hotel had no problem with us arriving very late due to serious problems with disrupted rail services, as we had told them by email earlier

Friendly staff excellent cleanliness and comfort, the rooms are beautiful and new, close to all types of transport buses metro taxis and trains, too bad there are many tramps but after all it is so in almost the whole city. The huge Sunday market right below and around the hotel is fantastic. Advice.

Car was broken into and no where to be able to drop off luggage. Front desk was rude.

A great place to spend a few days in Brussels. The room was clean and well appointed. I arrived very late, but was glad that check-in was possible at any time after 14:00. The hotel is very well positioned for those arriving at Bruxelles Midi station (5 minute walk). The area around the hotel felt somewhat run-down, although I didn’t feel unsafe walking late at night. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I would certainly stay again.

Room smells bad. Bad odors coming out from bathroom. AC turns off by itself. Toilette not flushing good.

Hotel was great, location was very dirty and unsafe. Would not go out early morning or after dark and would be very cautious in general.

Very handy for the Brussels midi train station, lovely room, nice juliet balcony with sliding door so could get lots of air in as was quite hot. Good to be able to store luggage after check out so could go and have a day trip and pick up later

Extremely noisy place. All night long I had to suffer the sound of trains and trams. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We visited as part of a journey break and so we only stayed for one night. However, we were pleased with our choice as the room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. We very deliberately chose a hotel close to the main train station and so we had to compromise in terms of quietness. It was quite noisy with trains running closeby but that was our choice. If you’re looking for a comfortable hotel at a reasonable price with helpful staff, this is the place to stay.

Pretty good hotel next to South station, with great international connections. Staffed 24/7 and in good condition, room whilst small is pretty good and very clean. It's a relatively small hotel and doesn't come with the facilities you may typically expect at a 4* hotel.
