1. It is a 4**** hotel. 2. Minimal security, just cameras. No security in the elevator, single front desk person is periodically absent and anybody can get through. 3. Basic room/suit design. Minimal amenities, tiny shelf holding a simple coffee maker. Small refrigerator in the wall closet keeps slightly cool temperature. 4. Air conditioner system is blocked at 21 degree, it does not constantly stay on and requires frequent restarts. 5. Strange glass door in the bathroom. Minimal privacy and very noisy. It is a good choice if you are looking for a 4**** hotel.

Great Hotel!

The rooms, lounges and bar were all very small and basic for a “five-star” hotel.

Stayed in a prestige room and it was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable although the mattress was on the slightly softer side. Tall ceilings on the first floor rooms. The pool was a little lack luster and on the small side but nice to have as an option. Small gym area equipped with all essentials. Valet parking worked smoothly. Staff is professional and friendly, we really found this property to be a true 5 star experience. We will stay here next time we’re in Bordeaux.

Our stay was fantastic. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect from pre-arrival to our departure. The room was spotless and beautifully appointed, making it easy to relax. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options, and the hotel bar served great drinks in a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely and convenient. Unfortunately we experienced a brief power outage during our stay. The hotel staff were very accommodating and apologetic.

Nice smaller hotel but room was unusually small with a sloping roof that made it difficult to walk inside it. Very odd and unfortunately did not want to return since they are better options.

Breakfast was delicious and the venue was small and intimate.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel. Only downside was that the WiFi was occasionally spotty. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

The property is wonderful and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent every morning. The only negative thing we had to say was that the WiFi was very spotty at times.

Staff was amazing throughout the stay and the room was impeccable. We loved the suite, the finishes, and the balcony. Bed was super comfy. Cocktail bar downstairs is underrated, not sure why it seemed empty because the bartender was a master and their gin selection was very impressive. Breakfast in the morning was also well worth it, the chef was very attentive and her food was delicious. We 100% plan to return and would highly recommend booking the suite for your stay.

The staff was absolutely fantastic and the hotel is amazing. We were treated like royalty and welcome like rockstars. This is a place that is highly recommended (special thanks to Xhulia, Sébastien and Camille).
