Great experience from booking, arrival and departure. They’ll work with you with check in and luggage storage if arrive early. Overall 10/10

The only minor problem is that the building itself is a bit too old, so the lift/elevator is probably the 1950's design (very small, and without the inner door that we habitually see every day). Otherwise, the overall stay was very pleasant.
