Great from desk manager safe quite clean

I really can't say. I booked it through Expedia they wrote the wrong days down couldn't call them come right to them they're horrible so I lost money on that a couple hundred dollars does anybody know how I can get my money back and report them

I arrived late due to unforseen circumstances..Nobody answered the bell/door..And Nobody answered the phone. I had to pay to go someplace else

I've stayed with Laurel Notch Motel many times now. Charles is the best front desk person I've ever come across always willing to answer any questions. Very quiet place. People mind their own business. Stay with them and you'll come back again

Good management response to issues and lots of food in the surrounding area. Cleanliness of the room was in question upon arrival.

There was nobody to receive me. I arrived at 11:00 pm and that is within the 11:30 pm time limit. After waiting 30 min, I checked in at another hotel.

Kudos to Charles for keeping an eye on everything while I was there. Quiet & conveniently located. It was a great no frills economical stay for me & I recommend this motel for a great good nights sleep!

Disgusting facility couldn't stay due to owner being threatening

Hotel is old but very clean. Nice mattress, nice pillows and clean sheets. Heat didn't work too well and there were no shampoo packets in room.

I was there for only one night on a business assignment. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was a little small but suited my needs. I would suggest this hotel for a short-term stay only because it is a no-frills establishment, but a great value non the less. I will stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Pleasant stay friendly staff

This is a motel where you get what you pay for. The few engagements with the staff I had, were basically like I was bothering them. So that reason alone I will not stay here again. The room smelled clean and it wasn’t terrible. I’ll stay at places that want my $.

Filthy dirty roaches with 2 morons working at the front desk manager is never there. Trust me this motel sucks !! Thank you

Its a good motel if youre just looking for a nights rest. It is not that far from six flags either. Also the room was clean.
