Well mannered staff and well maintained

Lovely and convinient business hotel. Very clean, beds are comfortable. 24/7 conbini close by. Onsen is fantastic after a long day of travelling.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, organised and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are small which is to be expected in Japan but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. There is a local train station but I preferred to walk 20 minutes to Tenjin station where you can go directly to the airport in 12 minutes.

The hotel is nice, clean, quiet and not too far from shopping center, receptionist are nice and friendly but I recommend cleaning every 2 days instead of 4 days.

A bit far away from hakata station.But about 10-15mins walking distance to tenjin station where is a shopping area

후쿠오카 시내와 다소 떨어져 있는데다가 지하철이나 버스정류장(警固町？)도 떨어져 있어 교통편은 불편하나 대신에,호텔 자체는 일본의 일반적인 호텔보다도 넓고 깨끗하고 1층에 사우나실도 있어 굿~~😊 개인적으로 근처에 후쿠오카에 가면 들르는'웨스턴 스테이크 하우스'가 있어서 저녁에 가기엔 좋을 듯!

まず受付でフロントの方々が話をしていてこちらを無視している。気がついているはずなのに顧客より業務連絡優先といった感じ。朝食は品数が少なく物足りないし美味しくない。しかし新しい建物で清潔感があり大浴場も快適でした。

すべてが良かったです！ また利用したいです！

フロントスタッフの対応が良く、こちらの要望を的確に理解し、期待以上の結果を得られました。素晴らしいです。

お風呂もあるし割とベットも広々でした。

ライブできての宿泊で女性が多く、大浴場が洗い場が少なく立って待っていた 朝食ブッフェはとても美味しいかったです
