As we understand that our three-times-a-week cleaning schedule may not be ideal for some guests’ stay requirements or preferences, information regarding our housekeeping schedule is stated on our property landing page on the Traveloka website under the section General Check-in Instructions. This information is provided to assist guests in making an informed decision when planning their stay with us, and we seek your kind understanding in this matter. --
We sincerely apologise for any discomfort and disappointment you experienced with the size of the Studio apartment you booked for your stay. While our Studio apartments are designed to cater to shorter stays and business travellers, we recognise that space requirements may vary, especially for families. --
Please allow us to share that as we wish to cater to the different stay requirements of our guests, we have a total of eight apartment types, which include our dual-key three-bedroom apartments with varying sizes in our room inventory. You may wish to consider these options when you next stay with us, as many of our guests have mentioned that they truly had comfortable stays in these apartments. --
