The hotel staff was friendly, the location was close to shopping and culinary centers, and the room amenities were quite complete (glasses provided, drinking water dispensers in the hallway, toiletries, TV and national broadcasts were available). However, the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The lobby area may need to be improved to make it cleaner in the future.

Good for taking a break, comfortable and safe

Please improve the bathroom comfort. I got a room with a bathroom that was lacking. Toiletries only included tissue, it should have been stated in the description that only tissue was provided. So I could prepare to bring toiletries from home. The shower hose was leaking, when it was turned on it sprayed everywhere. It wasn't leaking anymore, the hose was torn. The AC was leaking too, so water dripped everywhere. In the morning, the WiFi suddenly stopped working, if you wanted to use a data package you had to leave the room because the room seemed to be blocking the network. Please improve it again, check the facilities in each room regularly to prevent similar things from happening again.

I booked this hotel based on a friend's recommendation. Upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that the room couldn't be locked from the outside, so I was advised not to leave any valuables behind. There are six rooms in each room, with one shared bathroom. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the room was hot, and the sheets were extremely dirty. I highly recommend not staying here. In the end, I didn't stay and left the hotel immediately.

The hotel seems to be in its post-glory period. 1. The hotel environment is not very clean now. 2. The sheets are not very clean 3. The sound in the room is noisy but it is in accordance with the price of Surabaya.

Absolutely inadequate. I complained about being moved, but got no response. The room was stuffy, smelly, and the mattress and sheets were dirty and stained. I requested a refund, which should have been possible if the hotel had approved it through Traveloka. I'm so tired of trusting this hotel.

The place is close to Pasar Atom and ITC, so it's easy if you want to buy snacks. The room is quite big and clean.

I've stayed here twice, but when I wanted to get water, there was no water, no water was provided at all.

The bed sheets were full of blood-like stains, the walls were full of stains, the room smelled fishy, the toilet smelled fishy, the AC was black and full of stains, the AC was leaking, there were no sandals, the room was not soundproof, there were no clothes hangers, there was no wardrobe, the floor was damp.

The hotel staff is friendly but the facilities offered are not as good as in the picture. The sheets have sperm stains, there are baby cockroaches running around in the room and bathroom, the lights in the room and bathroom suddenly turn on and off, the toilet is ugly, there are stains on the walls. Please improve the hotel facilities because I see this hotel is not so quiet, there are many visitors coming and going
