The service is good. The food is a bit Vietnamese and Chinese in style, but it's delicious.

The room atmosphere was great, quiet and peaceful, with each area having its own nice corner: a dressing table corner, a coffee making corner, a bathroom corner, a shower corner, and a bedroom corner. It felt like I could fully relax here. Plus, you can choose your check-in and check-out times, so you don't have to worry about time restrictions. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Overall, I was impressed and will definitely come back.

The staff were very attentive, but when I checked into the room, there was a musty smell from the air conditioner.

Good location and nearby shopping mall and beach as well. Only at nighttime, it's a little bit noisy since the location is next to a bar. But overall experience is very good.

Checked in on 12/07. Everything was very impressive. The hotel was beautiful. The staff provided good service. But out of nowhere, there was a short beep in our room, which confused my boyfriend and I about what sound we were looking for. When it beeped the second time, the hotel staff scanned the key card to open the door. In fact, shouldn't you have asked about convenience? We were getting dressed. Security may be excellent, but what about the privacy of the customers?
