Property was not as expected for $117 a night. Dirty and dingy.. noisy midnight cleaning at times was unexpectedly loud cracking something. Very small pool not cleaned at times.

When arrived there were no towels in the bathroom, the shower was falling apart, water would be warm first couple minutes and then cold, the mattresses were extremely dirty along with the sheets, the curtains were dirty. The area was loud and the pool was full of leaves. When the maid would clean up the sheets were not changed.

Sheets and table had stains and bathroom was not clean. Loud music won't stop until 3am then you might hear your neighbours after that. Location is good in walking distance to everything.

Had mould in my room, sheets had stains, bathrooms not clean and felt sticky. Pool was full of leaves and broken chairs. Staff were super nice and helpful and the location is great.

Very noisy, can hear your neighbors conversation. Loud music doesn’t stop until 3am. Liked the balcony in our room and it is walking distance to everything.

The room was not as pictured online. No microwave, no chairs, and the beds were not quite full size. Our room was right above 5th Ave and had no curtains! The HUGE, extremely bright neon lights from the mall across the street blared at us all night long! It's also very noisy, both in the hotel itself and from the street below.

Great hotel at a great price! Right in down town close to shopping and bars. Clean and safe. Only downside is there is no parking, you must find paid parking on street which is very limited and pay from 10am to 10pm at parking meter. Parking officers are always looking for unpaid parking.

Nice hotel for budget people, no fridge

Just because it’s a more affordable property doesn’t mean you should expect HUGE roaches. They need to do a better job of pest control. The front desk staff was very friendly. I only stayed 1 night but I wouldn’t recommend.

Good location for night life!! Linen ok. Pool small but clean. Good Value. Close proximity to ice cream shop. Desk staff nice.

The hotel was clean and close to the main street in Playa. Only wish it had a microwave
