Strategic location in the city center. Standard room size as befits an apartment. The bathroom has dirty mossy glasses, the floor of the room has many red ants. The TV cannot be turned on.

comfortable & safe place for staycation with family complete facilities, so lazy to go anywhere definitely come back again if traveling to Balikpapan with family or friends highly recommended anyway but unfortunately for tall car users can't enter the basement parking area because the maximum height is 2.1 meters. and the parking fee is only available per month, can't be daily or weekly for unit residents, the fee is also uwooouuww.. but its ok lah facilities that are obtained. thank you for providing a place for my little family 😉
