The day I went, there was a storm so there weren't many guests. I arrived early to get a room. There were still rooms available but the hotel wouldn't let me check in. They said I had to pay a few hundred to get the room. What a terrible trip.

The hotel staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, the location is near the beach. In general, there is nothing to complain about. Everyone should book a room here.

The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, the rooms are clean, the hotel rents motorbikes, it takes about 2 or 3 minutes to get to the beach at bar valley, there are fewer people here so it's more comfortable.

The receptionist was very helpful in helping me use other services in Ha Long - such as booking Sunworld tickets or tickets to visit the bay. If you want to rent a motorbike, she will also recommend or book a motorbike for you.

The hotel is about 2km from the beach but is located right on the main road, convenient to travel if you go by private car. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The room is bright and clean, but the soundproofing is a bit poor and there are many children on my floor so it is a bit noisy.
