The staff is friendly and nice. The room is great, but the bathroom doesn't have hot water, and the food stalls are far away. You have to be prepared. Overall, it's comfortable.

It's called Redorz... But on the Cozzy app... The rooms are ugly and dirty, dirty, and there are cockroaches in the bathroom. You can't get a drink... Jasmine class.

The room is different from the one in the photo. There's no wardrobe or mirror. The shower doesn't work, and the bathroom is full of cockroaches. The receptionist was nice and friendly. Hopefully, there will be improvements.

The location is very strategic for going to Lembang and its surroundings, it is also close to the city center, the price is very affordable, the room facilities are quite good, the wifi often goes wrong but it is better to use your own data network, the check-in process is easy, each room uses a smartlock.

The staff is very helpful. The location is not in the middle of the main road and the building is scary.

The hotel room smells, there are no towels, no mats, the soap is out, the noise from outside is really audible (not soundproof), I asked the staff for towels but they didn't come at all until check out. The room preparation needs to be improved if someone wants to stay.

Room 118 has a leaky wall, rainwater seeps into the interior, making the walls and floor wet, there are also ants near the toilet. The toilet is also dirty huhuhuuu if it's a normal price, not a holiday price, maybe the price is in accordance with the quality.
