Stayed many times, early check in support, clean room, good hygiene, very satisfied

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it, the staff from reception to housekeeping were all lovely… the roads are convenient, in the center, going to the front and back beaches is close. Next time I will continue to stay here

Friendly staff always fully meet the needs of guests, the hotel is on the central axis surrounded by many restaurants, the swimming pool is a bit small but clean, very satisfied except the glass door toilet so every time you enter you have to pull the curtain which is a bit inconvenient, the room is clean and airy

The room is bright, clean, very new, clean bathtub and comfortable for one person. The hotel has a lovely small rooftop swimming pool and the warm water is extremely warm at night. Receptionist support is very good. When I went on a weekday, the hotel supported early check-in without any surcharge, which was great. The hotel's location is on the beach, it takes about 3-4 minutes to get there by motorbike. It's also in the center so it's convenient to eat and go out. The soundproofing of the door is not good, so if you speak loudly in the hallway, you can hear it clearly in the room.

The hotel is decorated with a pretty theme, you can see it from afar. They supported me to check in early and upgrade my room for free. So cool. There is also a swimming pool on the rooftop, I went swimming in the sea and then went up there to swim and watch the city. Overall 20/10 points. Will come back.

Very ok. Everything is good. The staff is very enthusiastic, I got a room early even though it was not check-in time yet and the hotel did not charge an extra fee for early check-in, so I give a good rating for this customer support issue.

Very satisfied. The room is beautiful, great view. Soft bed, clean bathroom with pretty mirror. The receptionist is cute. However, the soundproofing is not good, I can hear the elevator in the hallway when someone passes by and the room above is always draining water, so sometimes it's a bit annoying. In short, I will come back 🥰
