The room has no door chain. I brought a child with me and felt unsafe.

The staff has very good interpersonal skills.... The rooms look clean and tidy.... There is enough parking.... There is a small swimming pool to play in.... There are chairs to sit and relax by the pool.

The room is clean, the atmosphere is good, the view is beautiful, everything is very good, the price is not too high.

The night shift receptionist was very bad. The room door was hard to lock. During the rainy season, there was a smell of mosquito repellent in front of the room. There were more rules than a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is nice, just a bit far from Ao Nang city, but for a person who loves a chill surrounding without any city noise, this hotel is recommended.

Clean and new property, a little bit far from the city center.

It's a shame the wifi is slow. But overall everything is okay

Room was so good, clean, comfy, close to Ao Nang Beach. Will definitely come back!

Very little service readiness. Password must be requested. TV in the room has intermittent signal. We reported it but did not get it fixed by the hotel. Check-out is late and it takes a long time to get a refund. Breakfast is unclear. There is only coffee and pastries, which is unlikely to be breakfast.

The toilet flush doesn't work. The staff said it was because there were a lot of guests staying there.

ทางเข้าอาจจะดูเล็กแต่เข้าไปแล้วสถานที่จอดรถกว้างขวางพนักงานบริการดีมาก

จองชั้น สูง กลับให้ห้องชั้น 1 น้ำก้อไม่ไหล หยดติ่งๆๆ

The room was clean, great view from our balcony, and the pool was stunning. It's alright, but we just didn't feel like it was worth our money. The water heater was leaking, which we were really concerned lest an electric shock happens. They did come up to fix but locked the heater and forgot to unlock so my wife had to do without hot water for the night. To top it off, the breakfast included was ready made meals that you would be better off without. Aside from the accommodation, no extra help was provided - no laundry, no trip or transport info help. They would make us ask the tour sales guy outside the door for all these info which we're really not comfortable doing. They were nice enough to let us leave our luggage after check out for a day trip.

New hotel, clean, quiet, deep but good weather, good view, staff provide good information. Breakfast is delicious.

No towel for the beach, breakfast is low quality sandwich. Slippers in the room are not disposable.
