Such a bad experience that no matter what the hotel wants :))) First of all, I can't deny and feel grateful for being allowed to check in early, when the air conditioner was weak, they changed my room. HOWEVER: after changing the room, what I got was worse than the old room. - The shower was broken and unusable (photo attached), I called 3 times but they pushed it away, avoided responsibility and no one came to check or fix it. - Next: there was no filtered water in the room, I went down to the reception and was told that if I wanted to get it now, I had to pay, but it was free on Saturdays, while the principle is that it must be available in the room for guests to use if they want (paid or not). That's the service! - The bed sheets were dirty and old, the room's safety lock was broken. The air conditioner was weak. The night light didn't work. - The door's peephole was also broken, there was a see-through hole that could be seen from the outside without any cover. - All kinds of towels were not prepared for guests. At this point, I didn't even bother to tell the receptionist because I was so frustrated. In short: this trip to Vung Tau was too bad. Everyone, please consider carefully. At least basic services must be provided, not just taking money from customers and then getting away with it!
