The location is very strategic, just across the street you can find Warung Pelita, a 24-hour Nasi Lemak restaurant. Then, if you want to go to the twin towers, you have to walk. It's quite economical because you bring kids. Oh, yes, the room has a bathtub, they enjoy it, and the breakfast is the best. Only the room equipment looks old and dusty.

Besides being strategic, MasyaAllah the receptionist is also helpful.

our room was quite noisy, located right besides the undergoing construction. the view from our window was construction and cemetery.

Minim Room Amenities and very confusing to find this hotel, because it’s merge hotel with Maya Hotel.. another trip better choose maya hotel ( same room, same building with better facilities)

The staff is very friendly, especially when I just checked in at 00.02 and when we got to the room we asked for slippers and toothbrushes, they were delivered very quickly. Overall, a great stay here, starting from access, downtown, if you want to eat, just cross Nasi Kandar Pelita, to Petronas and to the mall and if you want to have coffee, the view of Petronas is only a 3-minute walk.... a fun vacation

We had good time here for 2 days. Confused about changing hotel name, all buildings called Maya hotel rn, not Alia Premier. Short walk from twin towers 👍🏻

Booked two nights at Alia Premiere KLCC and now I’m questioning why my real house doesn’t look like this. 😩✨ 4.

Everything is fine. Only the toilet sink is leaking...so the toilet floor is wet.

The room was dirty, the blanket made my skin itch, and the towels had a terrible smell. The bathroom didn’t even have a door, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the hotel was located right next to a cemetery. We were given a room on the 4th floor — an unlucky number that should never exist in a properly designed building. But, the staff is very nice and friendly. The food is quite good

the pillow cover was dirty when I get in.. there was no tooth brush, no hotel room sandals, & I order 2 rooms, one of them couldn't change the temperature, si it was so hot inside

Overall the hotel room was comfortable, but the hotel facilities looked a bit old, the hose handle was wobbly, the bathtub was old, the room chair was full of stains

The location of the Alia Premier Kuala Lumpur Hotel, on Jl. Ampang KLCC, is very strategic, just a 3-minute walk to the Twin Towers, and if you want to take the bus to get around the city, it's already in front of the Twin Towers, just a 3-minute walk... Everything is almost perfect, except there is no free toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom....

All the staff are friendly, I'm happy

We arrived at 00.45 and the staff was there, with no long wait. Depsito was 200RMY (which is quite a lot). The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean enough but not fully stocked with toiletries (like toothbrush and toothpaste). The elevator only works 2 out of 4 and is slow during peak hours.

The hotel is good, close to the Petronas Towers

Strategic location in the capital, just want to go to the other hotel, go to the 3rd floor, at first I couldn't find it. The room condition is okay, just no water mixing facilities in the room, no room tissues, cold water in the bathtub doesn't work properly

Really like it and will come back again
