We were disappointed with the dirty condition of the room, the mattress had blood on it. Even changing rooms are still the same. The reservation time on the ticket includes 2 bed rooms and 1 double and 1 single bad. Actually 1 bed room with a double bad. We have complained but the officer said yes, that's how it was. With a heavy heart we returned the key and looked for another better hotel even though it was almost 10pm. Because we brought children so the option of not staying at this apartment was the best. We have also complained to the application that they will be given feedback by email with the technical team, but until now there has been no feedback at all. Really disappointing.
