Checked into a room with a non-cooling AC, there was dried creamer on the glass, after informing the receptionist directly (because the phone couldn't be used) I was finally moved to room 517. The AC was still not cold but it was better. The staff at the restaurant during breakfast were friendly, as were the staff at the restaurant in front of the lobby.

Actually the room is quite comfortable and clean. The only minus is the water in the bathroom is very small, it's hard to take a shower and the wifi can't be used even though it's needed for work, forced to use a hotspot from the cellphone. The food is just ordinary, not much variety.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean and fragrant even though it is for smoking but when you enter it smells good, the AC is very cold, the bathroom is clean, the towels smell good. The best stay here and always a regular.
