Ambience is okay, clean, prices are reasonable

Check-out is at 11:00 AM, so I don't think it's worth it. Especially since they knocked on the door before it was even 11 AM. So bad.

Overall, the hotel is okay. The room, facilities, cleanliness, and service are decent, but nothing really stands out. However, it can be quite noisy because the hotel is located right next to the railway tracks, and passing trains can be disturbing, especially at night. The check-in process was also a bit inconvenient because they required us to leave a physical ID card/Passport. We are more accustomed to using a digital/soft copy, especially in case we are unable to check in. Overall, the experience was just average.

Please improve the communication of the staff, it's not good. The first day I asked for breakfast, they said it would be at 8, then I asked again at 9, but it still didn't come. Then they said it would be delivered, but it wasn't. The second day was the same. On the third day, they finally came to the room to give breakfast, and it was already past 9. Even though I booked a room that also included breakfast. Next time, someone who books a room that also includes breakfast should explain what time breakfast will be delivered. This is really unclear, not only friendly but also lacking in performance. Very disappointed, it's a trivial matter of breakfast but it really ruins the mood.

Highly not recommended. The AC leaked, soaking the floor, the water heater didn't work, the bathroom sink was dirty, the toilet bowl leaked, the window wouldn't close because it was broken, and the curtains didn't close, requiring a towel to cover them. It was very lacking, as if it hadn't been properly maintained. Plus, check-out was at 11:00, which was very short. The surrounding area was also too crowded, with lots of young people hanging out.

Unfortunately, due to a lack of inspection, the shower broke. There was a misunderstanding and I was told to replace the damage. Luckily, I had proof that it wasn't my fault.

I'm fed up. From the first time I booked through the app, it was already disappointing. The listed price changed instantly upon payment. Then, at 10 a.m., I was still sleeping and was asked to check out at 11! Normally, check out is at 12, and at the latest, 12:30. This time, they were asked to check out at 11. There were also very few tissues.

For the price, it's okay, but it's a shame that you don't get any mineral water at all. It's not soundproof at all, my goodness, every time the sound of the train is really audible right near the window, huhu. Honestly, the room is cozy, the mattress is soft, the blanket and towels smell good, but unfortunately... the bolster smells really bad, haissshh I think they didn't check it. Not to mention the soap in the bathroom is also out of stock. Luckily, we brought our own toiletries. The bathroom also has no lights. Anyway, at dawn, it seems somehow, the room opened by itself. Even though we made sure the key was locked before going to bed... nothing was missing, but it was still nerve-wracking. After all, it's not bad to stay here if you're in a pinch.
