Overall, the hotel is okay. The room, facilities, cleanliness, and service are decent, but nothing really stands out. However, it can be quite noisy because the hotel is located right next to the railway tracks, and passing trains can be disturbing, especially at night. The check-in process was also a bit inconvenient because they required us to leave a physical ID card/Passport. We are more accustomed to using a digital/soft copy, especially in case we are unable to check in. Overall, the experience was just average.

Please improve the communication of the staff, it's not good. The first day I asked for breakfast, they said it would be at 8, then I asked again at 9, but it still didn't come. Then they said it would be delivered, but it wasn't. The second day was the same. On the third day, they finally came to the room to give breakfast, and it was already past 9. Even though I booked a room that also included breakfast. Next time, someone who books a room that also includes breakfast should explain what time breakfast will be delivered. Highly not recommended. The AC leaked, soaking the floor, the water heater didn't work, the bathroom sink was dirty, the toilet bowl leaked, the window wouldn't close because it was broken, and the curtains didn't close, requiring a towel to cover them. It was very lacking, as if it hadn't been properly maintained. Plus, check-out was at 11:00, which was very short. The surrounding area was also too crowded, with lots of young people hanging out.
