Hotel with good quality of service

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor from the drain that made the bathroom smell, the water from the bidet also smelled, I don't know why. Check out was at 11:00 and an hour before there was a knock on the door to ask if we wanted to continue or not. It seemed like we were really rushed to check out even though we could only start checking in at 2:00 PM. Yes, they know they wanted to clean the room, but they could have knocked at 10:50, there was no need for a knock an hour before just to confirm whether we wanted to continue or not. Lastly, the AC in my room (2nd floor) leaked suddenly at night, something came out. This is just a minor complaint, maybe it just needs regular maintenance. Overall, this hotel is okay, the staff is friendly and communicative, but what is worth noting is that the management has set a rule for check out at 11 and knocking on the room door an hour before.

Room service lacks variety, and you can't order food from your room. Furthermore, breakfast orders aren't served until 9 a.m. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and accommodation is good. The main advantage of this accommodation is that it's centrally located, but it's a bit difficult to access the nearest convenience store or restaurant in the shophouse. This accommodation would be more suitable for backpackers. Hopefully, room service and breakfast will improve in the future.

The staff was helpful and the check-in process was very fast.
