Food is ok, room is clean.. Recommended.. Can be repeated again..

Stay here with no plan, just randomly staycation with my husband and randomly choose Grand Miami Hotel. 4 Star Hotel with very good ambience, the room was nice and comfortable. The price is super good deal👍 The pool is great with the view of rice field & train But no bar soap in our room. I think its better if any, it can be use for handwash. Will definitely come back with my family😍

The food is delicious, varied, the rooms are quite spacious.

I happened to take 3 rooms for my family. The kids really liked the hotel atmosphere and cleanliness. There are no negative comments for this hotel because everything is good. The parking is also spacious.

I don't regret staying at this hotel... the staff are family friendly... there are many variations for breakfast... the room is very spacious and has a balcony... next time I will definitely take my family on holiday to this hotel, it's the best hotel in the world

Spacious room, direct view to the rice fields but unfortunately it was during harvest time, but plus you can directly see the train passing by the kids so you won't get bored even though it's just a staycation🤍

I stayed at the Miami Hotel for 3 days using Traveloka. The hotel was the best, all the hotel staff were friendly and had a good attitude. Thank you.

Grand Miami hotel what can I say about? 1. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and caring. 2. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well 3. The hotel is located well with a short drive to Malang City. 4. Services available, a delicious and healthy breakfast, a spacious clean pool, a bar/ lounge and restaurant which includes room service, also good WiFi. plus a Spa and massage. 5. Well priced rooms. All the above were 5 out of 5 stars, the two things that affected a perfect 5 out of 5 star review was the gym which was small and aged with the minimal equipment either not functioning or inadequate in providing a workout. Last thing is their food, it does not deserve a 5 of 5 star rating, they either bought out the incorrect food that we ordered or forgot to bring it out at all.. Only I would recommend staying at Grand Miami Malang, you will not be disappointed. All up I give this hotel a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Well done Grand Miami hotel Malang.

I didn't expect the hotel to be good and clean even though it's in a sub-district town. The AC is central so it's cool, the hotel is clean and modern. For a sub-district town, this hotel is very, very good.

Recommended, staying here several times makes you want to come back again and again, friendly service, delicious food & good hotel facilities. Thank you, hopefully you will be more successful in the future

Good, location, place, facilities are all comfortable..

The hotel is nice, very comfortable and the check-in and check-out process doesn't take long, it's just a bit far from the city center of Malang and Batu.

Decided to stay here when it was already late riding a motorbike from Bali. We made a reservation quite late. We checked in at night with some of our clothes wet from the rain. Especially our shoes. The friendly security directed our motorbike to park in the covered VIP parking lot after dropping off our stuff in the Lobby. We were a bit awkward because we checked in with wet shoes, but the security assured us that it was no problem. The receptionist was friendly and the process was fast. The goods were delivered by the security to the room. Clean room, soft pillows, complete amenities. The view is of green rice fields and.. amazing at certain times we were treated to a train passing by with a green rice field background. Cool... Recommended Hotel

The Best Out of Center City Hotel. located in Malang Regency. Its nice for staycation. ricefiled view... its near with the railway, you can see the train passing, it is not bottering at all and it makes the hotel more unique .. really.. i love their Room Service Foods. also the Bfast is delicious. The Foods lil bit pricy but it worth with the taste. they have bar lounge, karaoke, gym, swim pool, & restaurant. you can have it all while you stay here and the i love the hotel room price. woth it all
