The room is compact enough for two large suitcases, so you can take everything out and put it in the closet, then stand it up. The location is excellent, being close to Komtar, Armenian.

Very convenient location. The hotel is luxurious and beautiful. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms smell nice, and the water pressure is excellent. The staff provides good service. There is a room fee of 10 MYR per night (the normal rate, no extra charge) and a security deposit of 100 MYR per room (refundable upon check-out).

Booked a 1 night stay here as I was passing by Penang on transit to another location. Overall place location was good, but parking was difficult if u have a car (my friend was driving to find me for a meal, but have no place to park) but if u take grab it is convenient too. Roof top bar doesn't really exist (?) I went up there at night and it was all dark. There is 2 pool of jacuzzi but it does looks kinda creepy in dark after 7pm, so we didn't want to request to use it. If u don't have it need for it then it doesn't matter. The welcome drink in traveloka doesn't exist too when I asked at the hotel. Overall location is good, room is normal size for penang island town area. Sometimes the shower water temperature jumps. Good for short stays I guess.

the hotel location is ok, near the food center area, market. the hotel is not bright enough, feels spooky, and smells bad. needs extra cleanliness. I like its strategic location. hopefully there will be changes, next time I can stay here again.

The hotel is very good and the location is very good. It is convenient to everywhere.

Majority of the rooms have a low frequency vibration sound, that seems to be caused by the air conditioning system as well as the exhaust fan in the toilet. It is fairly quiet during the day when most people are out and all the fans are off, but it gets incredibly annoying at night when you are trying to sleep. The hotel staff accomodated my request to change my assigned room as the vibrations were too strong for me to sleep. The other room still had some vibrations, but not as bad as the original room. Consider another hotel if you require complete peace and quiet to sleep.

The location is very strategic, very close to the culinary center and Chowrasta market, the room is very clean, the room is not too spacious, but clean, complete with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, even the standard room here is also given a bathrobe 😍 I will stay here again if I go to George Town.

Perfect location for culinary. Just steps away, street food, cafes, Michelin eatery, you name it and all you need to do is walk there. The room is clean, the service's smooth but the air conditioner's uncontrollable cold. Overall, it's a satisfying stay that we extend our stay there. Thumbs up!
