It is very comfortable to stay here, close to the center of Semarang.

The location is strategic, but the linens and towels are worn and need updating. The food is mediocre, with less variety than comparable hotels at similar prices.

My two-day stay here was quite memorable. The hotel was clean, the service was excellent, the staff were friendly, even the security guards were very welcoming. The food was decent. The only downside was that the room didn't smell very nice. Hopefully, this will improve in the future. I recommend the next one. Thank you, Quest Prime.

I stayed at this hotel and had a somewhat mixed experience. What I liked most was the spacious and comfortable room, plus the excellent view of Semarang, especially at night. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, however, the room facilities still need improvement. The TV remote was very slow and unresponsive. When I first used the sink, the water came out cloudy. Furthermore, the hot water didn't work throughout my stay, which certainly made things less comfortable. The tissue box in the room also looked worn out. The most annoying thing was the sound that sounded like an electricity token alarm that was about to run out, which started around 4 a.m. and lasted until around 6:30 a.m. before breakfast, which was quite disruptive to my rest. Hopefully, the hotel's facilities and maintenance will be better managed in the future, as this hotel has great potential in terms of rooms, views, and service.

comfort my staycation, speed of service, easier and faster check-in

The hotel is located right in front of DP Mall, right at the city centre. Walking distance to Lawang Sewu. 2km morning walk to Simpang Lima or take a short Grab ride to enjoy the park at night riding electric lamp-car with your kid. The food banquet during breakfast was okay, always has Soto or Soupy menu as well. The swimming pool was small on the rooftop. The gym was under maintenance during my stay. The only downside was that the room gets hot. Even their AC needs to work hard. But I guess that’s just Semarang stuff. Overall, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel at the city centre with budget < 1 mio, this is a good catch.

Very strategic location in the city center close to DP Mall and Lawang Sewu, just cross the street. Places to eat (culinary) are not far. The check-in process was fast, at half past 2 we were already allowed to check in. The staff were friendly, breakfast was quite good for breakfast, the room cleanliness was okay but sorry because the room faced the sun so during the day it was very hot to the point of suffocation, sweating really uncomfortable, I had called the staff for AC maintenance but it still wasn't cold. Only at night the AC was cold. I don't know if it was because Semarang was very hot or the AC needed to be replaced 🙏🏻.

All in all the service is good, especially in the restaurant.

Until now it is still a favorite hotel in Semarang.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, in the city center, near the mall (DP Mal), the kids really enjoyed it.

Strategic location, easy to find food as it's right next to the mall. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness is good, beds are large, and all requests are met.

I booked a non-smoking room, but was initially given a smoking room because it was full. Finally, I asked for an upgrade because I couldn't get a smoking room. Parking is tight/difficult... But the room is comfortable and clean.

Overall, it was nice and comfortable, but the food was less than expected this time. Aston usually offers delicious food, but yesterday's was lacking in flavor and variety.

Parking space for cars is limited but it is not a problem because the staff are always helpful, cool.

Didn't have time to take a picture of the room because it was busy with the kids. The deluxe room is quite spacious, especially if you bring small children, clean, and comfortable. Because I brought small children, I got a corner room, the atmosphere is quieter, and comfortable for babies.
