I waited 50 minutes in the lobby for my room to be ready, even though it was almost 4 PM when I checked in. Check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, but why wasn't it ready even though I'd booked it a week in advance?

Not as expected, the display on the app is very good but the reality is not as expected. Disappointed with this hotel

For this price, there should be more breakfast variety, but overall the facilities and staff are quite satisfactory.

Good, maybe for car entry and exit services, security and parking need extra checks.

Kamar nya sudah oke dan mantap, tapi perlu ditingkatkan lagi untuk adanya kamar smoking, dan seharusnya di jelaskan lagi s&ke chekin nya kpd customer agar tidak terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan! 😊.
