Staff service is good and fast

Please update the app for the hotel service description. Economy hotels use fans. Finally, I upgraded to a standard room, but it seems the room is rarely used so the floor is dirty, the bathroom bucket is covered in spiderwebs, the mirror is covered in paint, the bed board is so fragile that there are wood chips falling out, the room smells musty. Complained to the receptionist, they said they had reported it to the app for a replacement but there was no response. So, for those who want to stay here, it is recommended to at least take a deluxe room because it is in a different building. Thank you 🙏

Lacking in terms of cleanliness, many bathrooms are not clean and there is lizard droppings.

The location is strategic, but the room is a bit stuffy. But for urgent situations and the low price, it's not too bad.

Overall, it's okay. The service is good, and the room is also nice for this price.

lack of information from the hotel, makes it confusing

Sorry, I don't mean to be rude. But frankly, the room smelled musty, the floor was dirty with lots of lizard droppings, the bathroom was dirty, the sheets were dirty...it's really hard to explain. Even though I booked a decent room, a suite. Hopefully there will be improvements. Thank you.

- price is different from Traveloka application - room condition is different from the room display on Traveloka application - I paid extra to get a room with hot water

Everything is bad, trust me (dirty, smelly, minus service). Everything is not good. Last time I was here.

Strategic location, although the hotel is a bit old. There is no other choice.

Clean and Islamic. Please remain consistent and repair immediately if there is damage
