The staff member Diễm was lovely and enthusiastic, as was Quý. The hotel was quite clean; if there were any hygiene issues, we reported them to the reception and they fixed them, which was very good.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The housekeeping staff, Ms. Hang, was friendly and attentive.

I spent 4 nights in a standard bedroom. Both bedroom and bathroom spacious were clean, spacious, and my stay was comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. The mattress was on the hard side. The only inconvenience was that the technicians came to clean the AC filters, without notifying me while I was away, after my bedroom had been cleaned resulting in bits of dust falling on both my bed and floor. One of the ladies at the reception was a little too insistent on getting a cash payment around 8 AM, after my booking had been extended by 2 more days.
