We checked in and waited for 2 hours due to room cleaning. We stayed in a family suite.

Good place for vacation. It's just quite far from the west coast. And there's no air conditioning in the living room, so it's very hot during the day.

The atmosphere is really nice, breakfast is also delicious but the variety is limited, for the room without the AC downstairs it was dead but when I complained it was immediately fixed, the water heater was also dead.

Basically it's nice, the service is friendly and the staff are friendly and nice. Basically I've stayed there twice without any problems. Nice.

It's a shame that the swimming pool is open to the public, which can be quite disruptive to hotel guests who want to enjoy the facilities. It also compromises the privacy of other guests, as the pool is located directly in front of their rooms. The breakfast menu is quite varied, but the food tends to be salty. The hotel's ambiance and cleanliness are top-notch. The staff is also very friendly. 👍🏻👍🏻

Everything is okay. I ordered a 1-bedroom type, with a mezzanine concept, but the iron railing on the second floor has wide gaps, so those with children are at risk of falling.

The hotel staff is very friendly, serving during check in & check out.

The hospitality is really good, it's perfect for those who like to update photos.
