Very clean, super comfortable, there is a mini fridge, security and friendly agents. The only minus is that there's no Nextflix and there's only 1 small towel but it's okay and I can't access the pool because it's different from the tower and the pool, I want to come here again.

Staff friendly. The check-in and check-out process is easy, the rooms are clean. At a friendly price. Everything can be started from a clean room. And everything is complete. Thank you mdn pro team. Next time I will definitely order here again.

The security is not friendly, often leaving his post so that when checking out and taking back the identity is difficult. The security officer on June 1, 2024 at 04:00 in the morning. Really does not understand service.

Kamarnya bagus banget sih, bersih, interiornya bagus. Cuma kurangnya, parkir ga bisa gratis, ngg kayak di hotel, minta cap bisa gratis itu parkir. Next mau staycation di sini lagi.

Room is dirty and very small, only about 14 m2, no wifi, towel just one.

Dear guests. First of all, we would like to thank you for the review provided. However, regarding your complaint regarding the unit area being 24 m2, if it seems narrow it is because of the type of unit that has a balcony (we have also given you the choice of whether to allocate to a unit that has a balcony or not). Then regarding the issue of unit cleanliness, we have double checked-up cleaning before guests enter. Finally, please be more careful and please don't hesitate to ask if you need additional towels and don't know the WiFi info because the WiFi username and password are on the back of the access card (together in the access card case). 😊 Please come back and bring 2 ID cards for 2 guests if you want to be allocated to a larger unit and a new tower.
