Staff was friendly and accommodating. HOWEVER room cleanliness is questionable. A lot of visible insects and mice/rat manure. Rat came in-room at wee hours. Called the staff to assist, came but reaction is a bit slow to react (can't say if he is drunk, maybe sleepy) Multiple stains on bedsheets. I believe establishment should at least sweep the floor, knowing that there are guests.. Otherwise the pool is pretty clean. Toilet was okay, due to the design, visible algae in the shower and shower tiles. Just becareful not to slip. Great stay if the cleanliness is up to basic standards.

It's really fun and comfortable.

Stay here because it is close to home, there are very few activities for children, it is comfortable for resting.

Kena prank, udah capek bawa barang banyak malah nginapny Di tenda kecil, mau nginap Di yang hotelny harus nambah 500, rakus uang apa gimana. Tobat memang kesini!

Harusnya di kasih tahu secara rinci kalau nginapnya itu di tenda kecil dari pemesanan awal di aplikasi, sampai hotel kecewa berat lihat kenyataannya. Emang bener di tawari pindah kamar nambah 500rb, terpaksa tenda kecil, panas, hujan lagi, bocor rembes tendanya pas malam lagi hujan lebet, jadi tidur kasur basah sebagian baju di tas sebagian basah kuyup, bayangin semalam nggak bisa tidur, kalau pelayannya sih ramah-ramah, sayangnya ternyata semua itu sirna waktu pulang, saya singgung masalah tenda kecil bocor basah dia jawab santai biasanya tidak. Dan lebih parahnya lagi helm saya ke hujanan di motor nggak di pindahin padahal pas depan lobby dan ada satpam nya. Cocok lengkap penderitaan saya. Dan saya sudah email ke cs, salut buat aplikasi atas pelayanannya atas kejadian saya alami ini. Maaf saya nggak ada foto.

Sangat-sangat menyenangkan, baru nemu tempat nginap yang senyaman ini, ramah, bersih, komunikatif, tempat sngat indah nyaman dan pas banget buat yang mau honeymoon, atau buat family time karena private pool juga, next ke Bali pasti bakal balik lagi kesini.

The service is very good, special, everyone is friendly, the place is clean and beyond good expectations, want a bathroom or bed and the private pool is very very special, there is also a kecak practice that you stay with for training, also jos anyway, highly recommend to stay in Triyana Resorts. You all must visit.
