The only good thing is the front office and the hallway. The rooms are uncomfortable, dirty, and the floors are slippery.

I couldn't get a refund, so I ended up staying, but when I arrived, the room with the facilities I had purchased wasn't fully booked.

I always stay here every time I go to Tangerang. It's highly recommended, especially if you rent it monthly. It's great, close to the mall, and the area is nice too.

The mattress hurts, the springs feel sore, they only gave me 1 towel. It's a bit lacking, haha

I booked a deluxe room with a view. Overall, for this price, it was okay. I got a nice view, but it wasn't very soundproof because it faced the street. It was a shame, though, that the bed was so saggy, making it uncomfortable to sleep on, and there wasn't a blanket, just a pillow. I could double-check the quality of the mattress and add a blanket. I'll probably stay again next time, and hopefully, I'll get a better room.

the odor of the toilet is strong, the stairs is too steep, only recomended for young traveler. and no claustrophobia, and also no parking for motorcycle. so not great just fine.

Additionally, there are several restaurants situated downstairs, providing easy access to dining options. However, it's worth noting that the rooms are not entirely soundproof, and I did experience some disturbance from noise coming from neighboring rooms. Overall, I would recommend Cove Hillcrest to travelers seeking an affordable and conveniently located accommodation option.

The room catalog photos don't match the actual room. It's terrible. Even though I booked the highest-priced room, the quality was poor. There were no towels, only one pillow, the AC wasn't cold, and there were no amenities. It was truly awful. And the parking was equally terrible. Parking is only available for 14 hours, and the parking fee is 100,000 Rupiah. Awesome!

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is according to what was ordered, the distance is not too far from the shopping center.

The room was quite poorly maintained, the walls near the bed looked peeling and moldy, it smelled quite bad of cigarettes even though I asked for a non-smoking room.
