The room was clean, but there were no tissues in the room. Tissues were only available in the toilet.

Not as in the pictures. Room maintenance & cleanliness need to be significantly improved esp. the bathroom. The bathroom had fungus, smelled of smoke, the shower handler was loose, and no hook to place your towel/clothes. The floor was not super clean. The sofa looks dirty. The AC was installed right above your head due to the mezzanine layout. Would not be convenient for a tall person.

The room is dirty, the floor is dirty, rarely cleaned. Very disappointing. But the security is good, if there is food delivered, it is always noted which room is easy.

Really like the service, it's good, kind, friendly, polite. But for a Cove class, it's disappointing that the hot water doesn't last for 5 minutes, I took a few showers at quite different times, but it's the same. The sofa is not very clean, the mattress is not comfortable.

honestly.. not as good as the one in the photo. and also the mattress has dirt stains. The AC is really positioned to the guest's head, thankfully it can still be directed to the roof. then the bathroom has moss, there is only 1 slipper provided. the sofa is hollow, there is no foam, so when you sit on it it feels like the wind is all there. huhu disappointed😔

The hotel is okay, it's clean, but the bathroom is lacking, the shower water is dripping.

The bedsheets were not changed and the sofa was very dirty. 5 stars for the receptionist, very kind and helpful.

If you only stay overnight, it's okay.

clean, comfortable room but there are some spots when it rains it will leak as seen from the damp walls and peeling paint, for the room's stair handle it should be raised because when going up I can hold on but when going down I can't hold on the handle is too low this is very dangerous, previously I had stayed but a different room the stair handle was high and safe. FO is very friendly in receiving guests.
