The second time that I was at Galaxy Pods, I love it.

Good and near to the city, near to restaurants to buy food.

first time stay at capsule hotel was so great in here. clean and helpful staff. before were booking for 2 nights, the staff help us to extend our room one more night coz we like to stay here so much. sleep good and comfortable. the best capsule hotel in town so far.

Good service, friendly staff, for those who often backpack solo, this could be an option. Access to the city is also close, lots of food and convenience stores in the hotel area.

The hotel was really good! The location is very strategic. It's close to everywhere. The hotel atmosphere is also nice. Suggestions: - You can bring a small broom to clean the mattress. Because Pods Hotel doesn't clean the room every day like a regular hotel. - Bring house slippers - People who are taller than 160cm may be a bit uncomfortable. Because the room is only about 160cm long Will come back here when I visit SG again ❤️

The hotel's location is close to Singapore city centre and MRT/bus stop. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in Singapore.

The pods is really clean and overall facilities was awsome.

The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere in the room is good, the surroundings of the accommodation are very practical.

My first time staying in a capsule hotel and it was a correct decision. Nice place to stay. Hopefully they can expand more place.

It was nice to spend time there for short business trip.

The receptionist was very unfriendly. I arrived early to check in but couldn't and had to wait until 2 o'clock. Then I asked if I could wait on the sofa next to the receptionist but I couldn't. The receptionist said just leave your things and wait outside until 2 o'clock. I decided to wait outside the hotel, there happened to be a table and a place to sit. Then when a foreigner comes, they are welcomed and allowed to wait on the sofa. I asked a different receptionist twice, but the response was the same. Very unfriendly and arrogant.

The location is within walking distance to bus station and Clarke Quay MRT station. The female staff who was working night shift at the lobby on 28/9/2026 was very rude, easily triggered, cranky-not suit her role at front desk. Please teach her some manners and how to deal with clients!

Stayed there from May 17-May 20. It was so noisy because people stayed below us. People should be warned not to be noisy after 8 PM. The noise kept going until midnight. The guys were speaking with speaker phone over and over.
